Kickbike cross max.  Lots of clearance, good workout in the snow.... Kicksleds are much easier!

Kicksledding

The amount of snow we have here in Saskatchewan is amazing. I am so glad that we bought Kicksparx kicksleds this winter. These are amazing machines getting a great workout and generally interval training as walkers tend to stop you every 100 meters or so.

Starting position -sprint race

Here I am at the start line in St. Wendel for the 400 meter time trial. I was pleased with my result 55.976 seconds put me in 33rd position in the Veterans category

Day 1 at kickbike world championships

Our new kickbikes arrived today at our hotel in St. Wendel, Germany. Special thanks to Vincent from steptrading (http://www.steptrading.nl/) if you are ever in the Netherlands check it out, or just see his website.
Put our bikes together and went for a tour through the city. Then off to the Angels hotel at the golf course for dinner and casual chat with fellow kickbikers from around the globe.

Race day tomorrow with the 400 meter sprint. Can hardly wait. It is so great to see so many kickbikes in the city here.
